License Agreement
Agenda Mx 2005 END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This product end-user license is a legal agreement between the end-user, as an individual or as a single entity, and me Nicolas DEOUX. for my software identified above. By installing, copying or otherwise using this software, the end-user agrees to be bound by the terms of this license. If the end-user does not agree to these terms, the end user should not in any way install or use this software.
Software Product License
This software is protected by copyright laws.
The software is licensed not sold.
The end-user may install and use the software on a number of computers identical (or smaller) in number than the number of user licenses purchased. A single license for the software product may not be shared on several computers.
You may only install this software on a computer that you own, or on a computer from which you have consent of the owner to install this software.
You may not make copies of the program for sale .
This software is copyrighted, and all rights therein are reserved to Nicolas DEOUX . Purchase of this product does not transfer any right, title, or interest in the software except as specifically set forth in this agreement. You are hereby notified that the software product is protected by Copyright Law, and you may be held responsible by Nicolas DEOUX for any infringement of such rights or violations to this agreement.
This license will become effective on the date you acquire the Software and will remain in force until terminated. You may terminate this license at any time by removing the Software from your computer and destroying the original Software and all copies.
This license will automatically terminate if you breach any of the terms or conditions set out in this License Agreement.
Warranty
This program is provided "as is" without warrantee of any kind, either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Nicolas DEOUX be held liable for any loss of profit, special, incidental, consequential, or other similar claims.

DISCLAIMER
All my products are distributed and licensed on an "as is" basis and no warranties or guarantees of any kind are promised by DEOUX Nicolas as to their performance, reliability or suitability to any given task. In no event shall DEOUX Nicolas be liable for any loss of data or ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, financial, physical, emotional or other, which might arise from its use.

DISTRIBUTION
My products may NOT be sold in any way without prior written consent from me,DEOUX Nicolas.
The end-user may not (unless authorised by Nicolas DEOUX ) re-sell, rent, lease or lend this software.

Storage/Network
The end-user may store or install a copy of the software on a storage device, such as a network server, used only to install or run the software on other computers over an internal network; however, a license must be acquired and dedicated for each separate computer on which Agenda Mx 2005 is installed or run from the storage device.
PRIVACY
It is our policy that our customer databases remain confidential and private. We have not, will not, and wont ever sell names to "spammers" or other parties who would like to use our databases to advertise or solicit their products or services. We do not collect any information from your system other than the information required for the products successful operation. Your private information is safe with us.

PROTECTION OF TRADE SECRETS
By using any this product you agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, modify or change any part of it for the reasons of discovering its internal methods or works. To do so is a violation of DEOUXs copyright protection.
AGREEMENT
By installing, running, or using This product or service you agree to the above Policies/License. In addition you agree that you will follow the DEOUX Policies at all times when using this product or service.
The author, Nicolas DEOUX, reserves any rights that are not stated in this document.
